We take great care in creating Liplock Chocolate products and want to ensure you receive your shipment in the freshest, most delectable condition. Because chocolate is sensitive to heat, we also take great care when shipping our products.
Guidelines
- Product can be returned for a refund only. Refunds applicable only if determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is not different from what was shipped to you.
- Refund would be accepted if the product is unused, unsoiled and with non-tampered quality check seals.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please initiate the request from order page by selecting a reason from the drop down.
- This policy applies on all products, only if the request is initiated within 2 days of delivery. You can place the return request here
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipment should reach within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
