Placing an order online is easy - simply follow these steps: Browse through the products on the Home Page. Click on the product you like, you will be taken to a product page. Then select the quantity, and click “Add To Cart”. Repeat this process to fill your Cart with your choices then click on your Cart, review your order and if correct click on "Checkout". On Checkout you will be asked certain details before making your payment. You will receive a confirmation after the payment is successful. We take utmost care in keeping your transaction details secure. Our portal is certified by GeoTrust and have provided global-standard security system. Details like your CVV and passwords are not stored in our server. The transaction is done in an encrypted format.
Yes. During the checkout process, please ensure to tick suggesting to send the product as a gift. You will be asked to fill out the address to which the gift should be delivered. You will also have the option of choosing the gift wrap. Along with that we also have a standard gift card on which we can print a message given by you in the message box. The gift wrapping is done at an additional charge of Rs. 15.
Once the order has been successfully received, a tax invoice will be emailed to your registered email ID confirming all the details of your order. Post which your order will be processed and shipped through the designated logistics provider and delivered within the timelines provided while placing the order.
At Liplock Chocolates we endeavour to process, pack and dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible. We dispatch daily, Monday through Saturday. Sunday’s orders will be processed on Monday. The delivery times will depend on your PIN code. You will be notified on the time for delivery during your ordering process. Please note that during periods of extreme heat we will hold your order and notify you by email on the way forward. In warmer weather, we use packaging methods to ensure your chocolates arrives in premium condition. We use some of the most efficient logistics providers in the country. An order will be delivered late only rare and extreme cases. Just in case the order delivery is late, you can raise a concern by sending an email to email@example.com or by filling up the contact form in the portal.
Once you have paid for your order it is processed in our system and of course we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. A completed order cannot be altered by you online so please email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill up the contact form in the portal. Ensure this is done within 3 hours from placing the order. We will make the manual changes for you. Be aware that changes to your order may affect the expected delivery time.

The optimum holding temperature is between 15-20ºC with low humidity. To maintain the freshness of your purchase, we recommend that you store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from heat or light source and any perfumed items such as soaps, etc. And never leave them in a parked car for a long time.
